The EU partners had a technical meeting at the Frascati campus of Tor-verata university from the 2nd-4th September. The meeting was hosted by Nicola Blefari Melazzi and Andrea Detti. Prof. Toru Hasegawa, Kohei Sugiyama and Kenken from the Japanese side also attended the meeting to ensure closer collaborations. In total, there were 13 partners at the meeting.

A highlight of the meeting were the adhoc sessions, where 2-3 groups were randomly matched for 30 minutes to discuss new collaboration possibilities. Additionally, the meeting had a lot of discussions on the work in disaster, video and the demonstration planned.
